Who we are.

Anthracite Group LLC ("Anthracite Group," "we," "us") is a real estate investment company. We purchase properties for our own account and may later sell them to other buyers. In every transaction we act as a principal.

We do not represent you.

We are not a real estate broker or agent, and we do not represent sellers or buyers. Our interests in a transaction may differ from yours. We buy for the purpose of reselling and expect to make a profit.

Before you sign any agreement with us, we encourage you to consult an attorney, appraiser, real estate professional, or other advisor of your choice. You are free to seek other offers.
